These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website capitallinkfirm.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Capital Link, a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, with its principal place of business at Flat No. 202, Shree Ram Apartment, Plot No. 65, Kotwal Nagar, Khamla, Nagpur – 440015, Maharashtra, India (“Capital Link”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the Website, by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or in person (the “Services”).
By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or availing any Service, you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and constitute a binding agreement between you and Capital Link. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Capital Link is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) engaged by HDFC Bank Limited and may also act for other banks and NBFCs (“Lenders”). Our Services consist of providing information about financial products, helping you identify suitable products, collecting your documents, and assisting with your application to a Lender.
You expressly acknowledge that:
Every decision about your application — including eligibility, approval or rejection, sanctioned amount, interest rate, processing fee, tenure, security, insurance, documentation, disbursement and timelines — is taken solely by the Lender at its discretion, based on its own credit policy and assessment.
Capital Link does not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved or approved on any particular terms, or within any particular time. Any indication we give of likely eligibility, rates or timelines is an estimate only and is not binding on us or on the Lender.
Information on the Website — including product descriptions, features, interest rates, loan-to-value ratios, eligibility criteria, tenures, documents required, and results from the EMI calculator — is provided for general information only. It is indicative, may not be current, and does not constitute an offer, commitment or advice.
The EMI calculator produces mathematical estimates based on the figures you enter. Actual EMIs depend on the Lender’s sanctioned terms. The Lender’s sanction letter and loan agreement alone govern your loan and prevail over anything on the Website.
Financial products are governed by the policies of Lenders and by laws, regulations and directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India, the Government and other authorities. These may change at any time, without notice to us or to you, including between your enquiry, sanction and disbursement. Such changes may affect product availability, interest rates, fees, eligibility, documentation, loan amounts or processing times, or may result in a product being withdrawn.

Providing false information or documents may lead to rejection of your application, may be reported to the Lender and to the authorities, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Capital Link is entitled to rely on the information and documents you provide and is not responsible for their accuracy.

The Website and its content — including the name and logo “Capital Link”, text, design, graphics and code — are owned by or licensed to Capital Link and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent. Names and trademarks of Lenders belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.
The Website and the information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Link disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived by contract.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Link, its partners, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, penalty, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) any false, inaccurate, incomplete or forged information or document provided by you or on your behalf; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any law; (c) your misuse of the Website or the Services; or (d) any claim by a third party, including a co-applicant, guarantor or Lender, arising from your acts or omissions.
If you have any complaint about the Services, you agree first to raise it in writing with our Grievance Officer (section 18), setting out the facts, the relief sought and supporting documents, and to give us at least thirty (30) days to investigate and respond in good faith before initiating any legal proceedings, except where urgent interim relief is required.
Complaints about a Lender’s decision, product, charges or service should be raised with that Lender through its grievance redressal mechanism and, where applicable, the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme. We will assist you to the extent we reasonably can.
Capital Link will defend itself against any claim that is false, frivolous or vexatious, and will seek costs, including legal fees, and any other remedy available under law. Any demand for money or other benefit made in return for withdrawing a complaint, review, publication or proceeding, or accompanied by threats, may be reported to the police and dealt with under applicable criminal law.
By submitting an enquiry or providing your contact details, you consent to being contacted by Capital Link by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry and related products, even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR / “DND”). You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Electronic communications from us satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Capital Link shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its Services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemic, flood, fire, war, riot, strike, government or regulatory action, power or network failure, cyber-attack, or failure of Lenders or other third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website or the Services, including their existence, validity, interpretation or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably under section 12. If it is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the written complaint, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, failing which the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with Section 11 of that Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Nagpur, Maharashtra. The proceedings shall be conducted in English and may, with the arbitrator’s approval, be held online. The award shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
Subject to the above, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any interim or supportive relief and any matter not capable of arbitration.
Nothing in this section takes away any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and will apply from that date. Your continued use of the Website or the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
